Very easy to buy what we need and bags arrive quickly. It can be difficult to find local suppliers with the 1.5kg bags so we now buy 10kg amounts and repack into 500gm bags for storage. No problems with stockists now.

Their carrier DHL took eight days instead of three to deliver. Wessex sorted it out by sending a replacement delivery to be delivered by 12 noon on the ninth day but this didn’t get delivered until 3pm. No complaints about Wessex but DHL were useless.

Blooming marvellous. Lovely flour and mixes. Comes in bags which is very useful. Labelled on the outside of the bag to identify what is inside. Really fast and safe deliveries too. My baking cupboard is up quite high so sometimes it is difficult to see everything I need but hey ! I can always call the youngling to help reach stuff.

The flour is excellent especially the tomato and garlic. V good for sourdough. My recent purchase however was poorly packaged, squashed into the box resulting in a damaged bag and could have been more. They did however speedily replace the damaged bag.
