I use it half and half - roughly - with plain white bread flour for large bread rolls. Bread rises beautifully to make lovely, light rolls and the sunflower seed flour makes a delicious flavour and satisfying texture. It is hard not to eat more than one.
This makes lovely tasting bread. I've been putting saffron in the water to give it a lovely yellow colour. Sunflowers are yellow, after all.
I've used this flour for some years and it makes for a reliable tasty loaf.
I have used it for a number of years and love the bread it makes
Makes a great loaf of bread
Makes a super delicious bread
This is a very tasty flour which we enjoy.
Excellent results every time
This is my favourite of all their flours so I was very happy to have a sack to keep us going.
Nice final additive to the rest (4oz) to taste. Nutty smack to finish.
Great to have some different flour
Our family's favourite! Always buy it.
Excellent bread, very tasty.
Really like the bread from this flour
Lots of seeds in the flour
Flour is awesome, and not difficult to make, just goes into the bread machine.
The family favorite, with just the right amount of seeds.
Nutty flavour and makes a good loaf we all enjoy
This makes brilliant bread, add some honey for bread you will want to make again and again.
An old favourite of ours.
