Have been buying flours from Wessex Mill for years. The different blends help produce a fantastic array of different breads and make my loaves look very professional. The 10Kg size bags are great.

Excellent product. Had used Wessex Strong White for the previous weeks pizza. That worked very well but this was better.
This flour makes amazing pizza bases. We aim to make our own from now on. Lovely light and crispy bases. Highly recommended.
Amazing Flour for Great Bread! I love the way that every bag has the provenance detailed on the reverse and I do not use any other flour these days. I used to source from local shops but I found I used too much… We haven’t bought bread for a couple of years now and so I began to order online. Which is very straightforward and outside of these challenging times, when I’ve called the Mill the team there are very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended. We use the pasta & pizza flour for both, especially great for making vegan pasta which drys and stores easier/better than egg pasta.
