Wholemeal rye flour with kibbled rye and caraway. We have added the kibbled rye to give it a solid texture and used less wheat flour than usual. We also put in some latic acid to give it a traditional sour flavour. It's tastes really good.
Please add more water than usual 340-350 mls of water to 500 gms of flour.
