Thank you Paul, at last the bread turned out perfect. We have tried lots of other flour types but not one of them comes up to the standard of your flour.
Hello Everyone, I think that you really should know that I have a very strong complaint to make with regard to your bread flour. My complaint is this, my weight and waistline are increasing quite alarmingly because I am eating far too much of the bread that I make with your superbly delicious flour! As a child I loved bread; then it came from an old fashioned bakery and was carried home wrapped in a silly bit of paper that didn't cover the loaf! Many a time my Mum would be annoyed because I had made a hole in the side of the loaf, eating fair sized chunks as I walked home only stopping when the interior of the loaf became too hot for my finger! Your flour is "old fashioned" and wonderful and really heavenly. I am so glad that I found you.
Dear Sir or Madam, I went to the garden centre to buy some flowers for my garden. And I find a new flower I didn't expect to find. It was your Apple & Cinnamon Bread flour, so I decided to try it. It's brilliant I make it before i go to bed (by hand) and put it in the fridge till morning where i then take it out and put in the oven to cook. It is delicious. Years ago I bought Saffron flour but it is no longer available. Is there any chance of finding it with the flowers again among the crocuses?
Please could you tell me which flour would be best for making pasta? I have just got a new pasta machine. Thanks for the information. We have now made some pasta using your strong white flour. Very tasty!
I just thought I would tell you that I am having great fun mixing and matching flour creating good bread. I particularly like the Six Seed, Rye and Spelt. I managed to create Danish Rye Bread which was the spur in the first place!

I only discovered your flour recently at a small shop in Hampshire. I bought a bag of the Mixed Pepper & Basil to try and we all loved it. I did buy some Tomato & Garlic at our local Wheatcrofts Garden Centre but they do not stock the Mixed Pepper & Basil, hence my on-line order, and it was a good opportunity to try some others as well. So, I will be spending the day in the company of my Bread Maker!

Hello I made some 50/50 6-seed and Cobber Focacia in my bread machine yesterday and I just want to tell you it was the best bread I have tasted in my entire life. It was GAAWJUSS! Keep up the good work.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with your flour and your company. I bought two bags from a farm shop near Godstone, Surrey and was very impressed with the results. I then went on line and made a big order (for us anyway), the service has been great with the parcel arriving quickly without any problems. The product itself has blown us away. I have been making bread for a number of years and I cannot believe the quality I am getting with your flour. The texture and flavour is outstanding. I also tried your malt bread which didn't last long once it came out of the oven! I doubt we shall be using anything other than your flour in the future. Thank you and keep up the good work.
